1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nagut88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at nagut88.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment features offered therein.

By completing the nagut88 registration process, clicking any "I agree" confirmation, accessing your account, placing a wager, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the nagut88 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must not use the nagut88 platform in any capacity. Continued use of nagut88 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to nagut88 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. nagut88 enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of nagut88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

• You have not previously been excluded from nagut88 or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion request that remains in effect.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on nagut88, you must complete the registration process and hold a verified account in good standing. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one nagut88 account. Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be closed and any bonus funds, free bets, or winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Deposited funds may be returned subject to verification.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nagut88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

nagut88 may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting one or more of the following documents: national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill dated within three months, or bank statement. nagut88 may also request proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen showing your registered name).

Until verification is completed to nagut88's satisfaction, your ability to withdraw funds may be suspended. nagut88 processes all KYC documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nagut88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts unless a player has set a personal deposit limit under the responsible gaming tools.
• Supported deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are credited to your nagut88 account balance in BDT at the amount received. nagut88 does not charge a deposit fee. Transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• nagut88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method held in the player's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day.
• nagut88 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee on BDT payouts. Any fees charged by your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider are outside nagut88's control.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed. nagut88 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above a threshold amount.
• Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. nagut88 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal that is subject to an active security review or bonus wagering audit.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. nagut88 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining account balance. Players are notified by email before dormancy fees begin. No dormancy fee will cause an account balance to go below zero.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nagut88 offers a range of bonus promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion terms published on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times across eligible games within the stated validity period. After the validity period expires, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed automatically.
• nagut88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited but before wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance and associated conditional winnings will be removed from your account.
• Players may only claim each specific bonus offer once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in disqualification and account closure.
• Winnings generated from free spins or free bet credits are paid as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion states otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

nagut88 monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where evidence of systematic bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk wagering strategies to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players, and using automated or scripted betting systems.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on nagut88 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and racing — are governed by the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules provided by the relevant game provider.

6.1 RNG and Game Integrity

All casino games on nagut88 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. Each game outcome is determined entirely by the RNG at the moment of play. nagut88 does not alter, influence, or predict game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are not modified by nagut88.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific event rules applicable to that sport and competition.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error during a game session or bet placement, nagut88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings that arise from a clear technical malfunction (e.g., a game displaying an obviously incorrect jackpot figure) are not payable and will be void.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nagut88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all bonus funds, and in serious cases, legal action:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with nagut88 without genuine human input
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately; exploitation voids all associated winnings
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of deposits, or using nagut88 as a vehicle for financial crime
• Abusing promotional offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus farming
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nagut88 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing nagut88 in a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by nagut88

nagut88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that any of the following applies:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The player has provided false or fraudulent registration information
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• The player is determined to be under the age of 18
• The player's account is linked to suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or legal risk to nagut88

Where an account is closed for rule violation, all bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any balance generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds not associated with rule violations will be returned to the originating payment method subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your nagut88 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] (plain-text reference only — do not use as a clickable link). Before closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be completed and any pending bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except where the closure was initiated as part of a temporary self-exclusion request that has since expired.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through nagut88's responsible gaming tools. A self-exclusion request results in your account being suspended for the duration you specify. 8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
